This program of stakeholder satisfaction (parents, employees, students, alumni, school councils and boards) has been conducted for over a decade.

It is conducted primarily in the independent school sector in Australia and New Zealand. A large number of schools have participated to date. It involves interviewing parents about their attitudes, needs and expectations and the decision processes they undertake when choosing a school for their children.

The study provides an independent measure of satisfaction and loyalty and also investigates attitudes, needs and expectations of the other stakeholder groups.
