This tracking study has been running for many years.

Currently we seek feedback from students and employees in TAFE Institutes and other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across Australia and New Zealand.

Large numbers of interviews are conducted with students and employees about their behaviours, decision processes, needs and expectations. All findings are benchmarked against both internal and external yardsticks.
