Colin has a career spanning two decades in market, social and psychological research. His clients include blue chip corporates, public sector organisations, small businesses and start ups.

In addition to his specialist expertise in satisfaction research in the education sector he also has wide experience in other related sectors including the arts and leisure industries.

As an organisational psychologist, he is an adept group moderator with a keen interest in psychographics and the concepts of “customer sacrifice” and “fear of success”.

Colin is a director of Marketshare. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He has completed postgraduate studies in cognitive psychology and religion.
